I'm assuming you have a 2008 model, when I had my 2008 Street Glide my right foot was always hot. I would ride all the time with my right foot on the highway peg (even in town). So I put on the "Vance & Hines Dual header pipes" and it solved all my heat issues on the right side. I never had to use the highway pegs because of the heat off the pipes after that.

V&H Twin Slash Monsters and V&H Monster Ovals are two different mufflers, which one do you have?
I have the Twin Slash Monster Ovals. They have a different looking tip than the Regular Monster Ovals. I personally thought they looked a little "cleaner" than having all that big ugly tip.
