I just picked up the brocure for the 2011's and you can now get this option on the Street Glide, and Road Glide as an option for $1995. Basically it's $800 for the 103 fr. the factory since the Security and ABS is a $1195 option. Don't ask me why they don't offer 103 on the EG Classic or Ultra, I guess they want to sell EG Ultra Limited. It also surprised me also that it's STND on the Road King Classic. It's nice for HD to segregate against us FLHTC and Ultra owners.

You'll be better off with a 96" Ultra Classic w/ cams than with the camless 103" of the Ultra Limited. It'll cost you less than $800 and you'll end up with more power and torque.
Heated grips? No thanks.
Chrome wheels? Thanks but I'd rather have chrome forks.
ABS is a must have IMO (but not everyone agrees).
Security is a nice to have.

I was surprised the 103 option was the Stage I w/o the cams. I did the Stage II upgrade on my FXDF when I had it ... the added torque with the base 255 cams made a huge difference. After riding with that upgrade, I was disappointed with the "power pack" option on a bike I tested before I bought my '10 Road Glide Custom. I opted for the '96 and figured I'd do the upgrade later down the line.
Interesting how the MOCO is only making the Power Pack option available on certain models. My question is do you think the 96" is about to go the way of the 88"? Wondering of we will see the 103 standard on all bikes in 2012? And if that happens, do the CVO / SE models get an upgrade? Just wondering what's coming.

I'm sure all of the above will come to pass, maybe not 2012 but, I think it will happen.

Yup. "Power Pack" my @ss! Smoke and mirrors for buyers who don't do their homework.
