Default Low Profile Shocks

Anybody know the if the low profile shocks that fit the 2008 and earlier touring models will fit the 2009-10 models. I know the frame is different and so are the part numbers.

I don't see any reason they wouldn't. Posts here show people going the other way, putting the '09 and up shocks on older bikes w/o any problems. As long as the mounting bolt diameter is the same, should be a quick change.

I might be wrong on this, but I thought they were different and they do have different part numbers. On eBay, the sellers make a clear distinction between 2008 and earlier, and 2009 and later. I'd check with a dealer.
