Yaffi service sucks
So I ordered 12" black monkey bars, waited patiently for 4 weeks. Finally the bars showed up, like a kid on christmas I open them, and the bars are chrome not black...... I look through the package and i'm also missing one of the 17" brake lines. I am now still waiting for my bars, you think they would hurry the bars out to the customer, but evidently there service SUCKS!!!! So now I will have to wait till the 16th and they will have received the chrome ones on the 12th something just doesn't add up. So all I can say is if your thinking of yaffi bars think twice, they don't care about the customer.

fferic your lucky, I talked to paul himself on the phone, I thought the same thing wow they got right back to me, That was on august 3rd. Its now the 10th and my bars are not expected until the 16th, you think when you pay $700.00 for bars and wiring kit you could atleast send them second day air.

I got my bars around December 2008 and the service was good...that was probably before these became really popular. I have heard lately the service isn't all that great, but they get away with it because they are the best looking handlebars out there...

wow, just the opposite with me, I ordered the half answer LED tail light and ran them for 3 years when one quit working, called to order a new one and they sent me one free of charge. i thought this was the best customer service I had ever received.
