CB Removal Tank Panel insert

I am removing the CB from my 1990 Ultra Classic. I need to install a panel insert where the CB was located. Where the heck do I get one of these? Ebay has chrome plated plastic ones. I would like to get a factory one. Any ideas?

I did this a few years ago with a 97. Parts guy can look up a filler panel for you.
