Default Two Wheeled Thunder gets Progressive Link wrong

If any of you buy the Progressive touring link be sure to ignore the way they installed it on the show Two Wheeled Thunder.

They installed it as totally backwards as is possible.

They got the orientation of the link backwards with the male end attached to the frame bracket (the thicker female end goes there, with the thinner male bolted to the pan bracket) 'and' they placed the flat washers on the outside of the heim *****, under the SHCS, instead of between the heim ***** and the mounting brackets.

It's important to get it all right to eliminate binding and to prevent engine vibrations from being transferred to the frame.

There is an addendum sheet that comes with the Progressive link that describes the proper washer placement.
Possibly this addendum was not in their kit, and the main instruction pictures 'do' seem to have the washers (incorrectly) under the cap screw heads, so that may explain that part ..... but the 180ş rotation of the link is all Two Wheeled Thunder.

I've sent them a RTFM email ...........

Default Good catch...

Nice catch OP, but then again, you're probably the only one watching Two Wheel Thunder! I think the show sucks now, but that's my opinion...

I also agree the OP should receive a T-shirt...hell, Jay got one right?
