You can call back in ask the vendor to see if they're included. All the exhaust systems I purchased in the past never included gaskets so I got them from HD, but TD's could be different. Don't forgt to change your pipe exhaust clamps & HT silicone the header/pipe joint when installing. Hope they sound great for your scoot!
I did not get any gaskets with my dresser dual and the directions said you can reuse the old ones if I recall correctly, I got the screaming eagle gaskets just to be safe.
I have to say something real funny about using your old ones.
1). When i went to remove my stock header, i found that the (2) front nuts were loose on the header stud, I mean finger loose.
2). When I did pull the header away from the bike and went looking for the old gaskets to pull out, as i had new ones to install, there were none, ZIPPO, NADA, NOTHING, but a nice honed out area at the exhaust port for a gasket to sit. Interesting move on Harley's part if i say so myself...
When i ordered my set-up from Fuel Moto, i told Jamie to include a set of gaskets cause I did not want to make a trip to the Harley shop and he did, paid $12.00 for them and found that in the hardware pack will all the clamps a bag with 2 gaskets.... O well, i have an extra set of gaskets if i ever need them.

My scoot has only 300 miles on it and I probably could have gotten away with reusing the original gaskets, but I bought new ones from HD and used those instead. Then I find tewo more in the D&D box. Oh well...
HT silicone??? I did not use this on mine and saw no resemblance of it on originals. How important is this? Don
t mean to hijack, but it could be good info for OP as well.
