I could not find Red Line 75/90 but they had 80W with Shockproof full synthetic. Will this work in the tranny? I don't have a clue what the numbers mean as to the specs for the transmission. ANYONE? ANYONE?
Yes, that's what I use. It's the way it's formulated with the Shockproof. There are a lot of good tranny oils out there, But this is one of the best. IMO
Redline makes three shockproof gear oils - super light 75w90, light 75w140 and heavy 75w250. The light is equal to 80w gear oil and is the recommended oil but most folks
seem to prefer the heavy - what I use. Either one will improve your shifting and last
at least twice as long - probably much longer. Well worth the money.

I emailed the Redline rep. and asked him this very question because when I went to their site and started looking for Tranny gear oil, I saw the Motorcycle oils. Then I looked at the Shockproof Heavy that was rated 75W250 but flows like 75 wt. I was confused. He told me they were the same.
