Default clutch adjustment Help.

Ok this is probably a stupid question, but I just got done putting a set of sweeper +2 handlebars on and replaced the clutch cable (38649-08A). Do I need to do the clutch adjustment per the manual, through the Derby cover or do I just adjust the slack with the cable adjuster.

By the way thanks Dawg for posting all the part numbers needed to do the job, and Thanks to CLL375 for posting the ignition lock removal video and how to build your own tool... Job went smooth so far.

I would re-adjust the whole thing....... but if your cltuch was close to begin with and adjusted not to long ago I am sure you can just adjust the cable and ride it.

I didn't need to adjust mine, only the cable.
