Default Radio - how many use it?

How many who have a radio actually use it 100% of the time?

And if not 100% - how much?

I used mine 100% of the time until I put the little itty bitty wind screen on my Roadglide. Now I can't hear it at road speed but I still listen to it in town. Going to get the HogTunes this winter so I can get some more volume.

Just got my first Harley, 2005 EG Ultra. My last ride was a Yamaha Silverado. I didn't think I'd use the radio to be honest, after never having one on any other scoots. However, I love it and use it maybe 98% of the time! The only couple of times I didn't is when I wanted to hear the engine (still breaking her in). In fact, my buddy said the exact same thing about the radio. Didn't think he'd like it, but after a quick spin he enjoyed it as well!

I use it as much as I do in my truck. The odd time I turn it down or off to listen to something wether it be the engine or someone talking etc.

I use mine all the time, no headphones. I have the Hogtunes speakers so it works great, and I can hear it at speed, even with my shorty windshield.

100% here, not the radio but mp3 roadtech player with a 1Mb card (about 270 songs) on random mode and hogtunes speakers.

It wouldn't surprise me, Abn, if they did soon.

I have had a number of GoldWings over the years and decided I wanted to go back to having a motorcycle to enjoy as a motorcycle. I found that I was becoming more concerned with what was playing on the radio than watching what was going on around me. I decided that the bike I own now whould NOT[:'(] have a radio. If I needed another radio perhaps I should buy an MG convertable. A motorcycle needs to be ridden and the scenery around needs to be enjoyed. Plus the fact now a days you have to ride real defensive keeping your senses sharp with no destractions.
I will never have a radio on one of my bikes again.[sm=crossbonesgif.gif]
Thats my story and I am sticking to it........
