Wow! That new for 2011 'tool kit' is way too funny. I've gotten better tools on my son's bicycles and electric dirt bike from Toy's R Us. That All-In-One Folding Tool kit is only $39.95, which looks like less than $10 worth of tools at Harbor Freight.
Anyone buying a 2011 model better have the salesperson throw-in the Harley-Davidson Tool Kit, #94819-02 / $79.95 as part of the deal.

Hey I maybe missing it, but it looks nice to me. I keep up on the bikes before I leave and have really never needed to do much on the road. To me that looks good enough to tighten up a bolt or adjustment. It looks much smaller than the roll up kit that came with my 09 Ultra. Can you buy these M1274 kits..... if so what's the cost ??
Selling a toolkit with a new bike sounds kinda like a self fulfilling prophecy - have they sold out to AMF again?
Seriously though - I prefer putting my own toolkits together. I found a pretty slick tool roll on amazon for about $14 or so and put together my own toolset.
Why pay Harley for an overpriced toolkit when you can get your own (probably better quality) tools for less. I'd rather they leave off the toolkit and give me the $350 or whatever they add to the price of the bike so I can buy my own... just MHO
I was surprised they didn't all come with one. Are they the greatest tools? Not by a longshot, but it's nice to know you've got what you need in one roll.
