Default EFI Tank Conversion

I've been collecting an inventory of parts and part numbers necessary to perform a DELPHI retrofit into a 2001 FLTHPI (Magnetti Marelli EFI). Other posts here have identified the list of parts necessary for the EFI conversion itself, and the general consensus is to use the Thayer's Fuel Rail in order to retain the tank.

I am interested in finding out what it will take parts-wise to switch over to the Delphi style fuel pump and in-tank regulator. It has been posted here that some of the early 2002 tanks still had two holes (old stock maybe ?), but one was fitted with a plug. If the 2002+ pump and regulator is simply a matter of swapping out parts, I'm interested.

I have the Shop and Parts Manuals for 2001, but am in need of the diagram and part numbers for the 2002-2005 style tank and fuel pump. Can anyone out there help out on this one ?
