I started out similar to you. Then installed Wood 6-6 cams and rode for a few months. Then installed a 98" kit, with ported heads. It's never enough.......

I have basicly the same set up as you in my '04 RK...Put in some S&S gear drives over the winter and it really woke her up...she will pull hard all the way to triple digits...I used to just out run the guy's I ride with on thier TBW 96in baggers...Now I just leave them!

Try going to a 95" ( bore your cyl's) and install the SE 203 cams. I ran this in my 03' RK.

Friend of mine has a 2004 Road King that he had bumped to 95 ci and SE 203 cams. Runs very, very well.
