I finally finished installing my V&H Power Duals, 4" Rineharts, Fuel Moto Stage 1 intake, and tuner. Well, actually, I am almost done. I forgot to put the spacers on the floorboard when I reinstalled it, so now my pipes rattle against the floorboard support (will finish that tomorrow). It took me a lot longer than the 3 hours or so that people were saying it took them, but I wanted to take my time, do it right, and I also was running back and forth for tools that I forgot to have handy. I'll post photos of the install once I have everything completed tomorrow (fixed the floorboard).
I also had to run the my local Harley dealer as there wasn't an additional muffler clamp since I was going from 2-1 to 2-1-2 (did make sure to get the bracket from Fuel Moto when I ordered though). So, if you are going from 2-1 to 2-1-2 setup, don't forget the additional muffler clamp like I did.
I just installed the Power Dual's on mine today too
Man! I've never seen so many clamps before. Has a long bolt and a lock washer left over. Now that had me wondering WTF!. I cannot get over the increase in power. It's already got a stage 1 and PCV but these Power Dual's have opened up the acceleration by an incredible amount. Not much of a sound increase with the Monster Ovals though. Going to hold off on the dyno for a while since it seems to be running really well.
