RK and Heritage, are the controls the same?

RK and Heritage, are the controls the same?
I found a handlebar that was on a Heritage (it is a non HD bar), this bar was drilled for the heritage control wiring, will it work on a RK or are the holes for the wiring in different locations and be a wast of time and money spent?
