LED light suggestions
I have a new Road King, and am considering led light pods from Harley. They come in a six pack set, cost 169.00, and the dealership says 3hrs labor to install. I would appreciate any feedback on this, because I am not familiar with this modification, and would like to know if the price is in the ballpark?? Thanks, dyno713
I didn't think much of the LED's for show either. Until I saw a bike, in the middle of a large group, go by all lit up. It was the one bike that could be seen and identified. That's when I decided to install mine. I ride with them on any time I'm riding after dark. Call it a circus bike. Call it a neon sign. I'm on my third bike with the LED's. The one thing none of them have ever been called is unseen.
I put my own on because I am tired of poor quality workmanship. 240 LED's currently. Since then I have done 2 more SG's w/ 180 and I am finishing up a Honda Goldwing with 196 LED's and two remote controls with 4 settings.
