Default Halo led light, does it make a difference

I'm looking at the Sunpie lights. I like the look of the Halo. Is it any different from the lights without ? I like the look of the Halo. I know everyone is raving about the LED lights. Just looking for info. What does everyone like and would you change your choice if you could now? Thanks.

The Halo portion is just for looks.
I run the daymaker, I've tried the TL7, and the 8690A.
The Daymaker is what I keep going back to it seems to work best for me.

Some guys think the halo helps light up the side of the road...I think it does a little but not enough to give any notice of something coming out of the weeds. I put a decent quality LED into the housing an it made a noticeable improvement. Now I see some LED ones with the halo build in.

IMO the only thing a halo does is make you more visible to oncoming traffic, there is no added forward lighting re your vision

100% no. halo does nothing but make you look like a cliche. i ran through some many headlights and keep coming back to quality and engineering over shenanigans and the kitchen sink. JW Speaker.

want a halo, at least get the meanest one out there. the custom dynamics trubeam/ vision x vortex... stupid amounts of light, seriously.

After doing a lot of searches on various forums it seems the 2 top LED replacement lights are as "cvaria" indicated the JW Speaker and Vortex X.
It seems personnel choice over which would be better, I'm leaning now towards the Vortex #XMC-7RD (chrome) with the #P-HLHI4 which allows low and high beam on at the same time for 4200 lumens.
