I am thinking of doing a Stage 1 on my 2006 Street Glide. Anyone have recomendations as to exhaust? I would like to stick with H.D. parts, and am looking for a good, but not too loud of a sound.
What is your reason for wanting to stick with Harley parts? Since Harley doesn't manufacture its own parts anyway. There are many exhaust parts out there that are more superior and less expensive than Harley. Of course, it's ok if you want to stick with HD. I was just wondering.
Side note: Using HD (ie Screaming Eagle) or any other exhaust systems, other than stock, voids that portion of your factory warranty. If so, why not get the best?

I have a Sportster (Stage 3) that I tried various mufflers on, Cycle Shack, V & H . And I found that I liked the Screamin Eagle the best one for the True Harley Sound.
