Default GPS Wired

Ok I bought a cable to hard wire gps to bike. Once i was done I now get static on radio when gps is on. I have a hidden antenna. My question is can i cut the charging block out of gps wire harness, I am thinking it might interfere with radio. Does it need charging block????

What GPS do you have? What wire harness did you get for it? Depends on how you wired it in. Make sure you did not run the power lines near the antenna. It could also be that the bluetooth signal from your gps (if it has it) is interfering with your antenna (if so, try turning the bluetooth off).
