You are doing the right thing, the parents are not. It is a situation for disaster and you could be held accountable as contributing in the event of a wreck or even death. Some attorney would eat everyone's lunch on this one. Stay a way from this.

Colorado would be a good guess as to which state. Those who are at least 15 yrs. old can get a restricted learners permit there.
