. I recently installed new grips with glow caps. I had to open up the fairing to make these electric connections. I had both throttle and clutch assemblies open so to install the grips...now my cruise wont work. I’m assuming this is because I don’t have brake lights or my rear yellow running lights. Rear turn signals work front yellow running lights but the RT turn signal doesn’t.
Where do I start to fix rear brake lights? I have a feeling I need to start by checking my connections behind fairing. Any help will be greatly appreciated
You very likely pinched a wire while tightening the switch housing on the handlebars. If you removed the switch housing the process, try and loosen the screws up a bit.
I have been able to fix most of my light problems except now my front right turn signal is brighter than the left and it doesnt flash. when I turn it on the rear starts to flash normal then to a quick flash like the buld is burned out. other side works just fine
any help where I can start to fix this ?
i couldnt get the rear tail light to work so i took the rear lens cap off and moved the wires and bulb some what and it started working..that was kind of strange since I hadent touched anything in the rear
