been there, done that. he is right, got to do something with the head pipe. I found a set of 09 stock headpipes, or you can go with an aftermarket set. listen to other bikes, or if you get the chance, ride a buddies . thats how I made my decision.everyones ears are different. good luck.

If you haven't heard the 4" Jackpots with the FM 2-1-2 header pipe, they sound great on my scoot.

Rineharts are popular for a reason..and get my vote. Not too loud and not too quiet, but have bark when you get on them.
