For those who might be interested, got a call from Jeff at DragginBagger and he said they are calling people asking them about a different pump they would like to send out with these kits(a better pump). So I guess mine did not get sent out Friday, but Jeff told me it is going out at noon pacific time today?! Safe riding.
Why in hell are they calling asking if ya want a BETTER pump, what do they expect us to say? Just put in the friggin' "improved unit" and send 'em, so we can start SLAMMIN'. We don't have a choice, but to be patient here....the days are startin' to DRAG on! Are they waitin' on a slow boat from China or what?
The newer style pump has to be mounted in the battery case area and the way I understand it is that on some newer model scoots there is a canister, evap I think, that has to be removed and maybe some people would not want to go through the extra work. Just a guess, anyhow both pumps are good pumps but the newer style is a little larger but faster air time. I told them put the larger pump in the kit and send it.
Man, this is killin me! I was told like everyone else, that everything was being shipped out Thursday and Friday, and fully expected to have a tracking number etc by now.... No doubt it will be worth the wait but I sure would like to know when it's coming..... Then I'll be a smiley guy : )
Yes I did recieve my confirmation email and I will recieve mine on Tuesday. I also opted for the pump under the battery tray. Yhey told me it would be a little longer installation then the one just under the seat but I think it will be worth it. It does sound like he more orders then expected. Come on Tuesday !!!!!!
