Default Safe or not?

I just put my d&d fat cat on my 2011 SG. I still have the stock air cleaner on it right now. Is it safe to ride it without tuning it? Just want to be for certain before I mess something up.

what baffle did you use. The Cocentric, the standard or the high performance?
D&D says you dont need a tune however, you are always better tuning

Where did you buy your D&D fatcat? I would go ahead and change the A/F to Stage1 and get a Tuner. These bikes already run lean stock. I'm assuming the D&D Fatcat includes the header pipes 2into 1 Right?

That is correct, it is a 2-1. I'm going to use the TTS mastertune on it and put the heavy breather on it next week. Just wondering if I can ride it safely until then? Oh and I bought it thru my Harley Dealership.

The reason I'm saying that, I've got a 2010 RK with Stage1 A/F and Jackpot slipon's. I'm running a FL-XIED for fuel management. I'm thinking the D&D Fatcat is a little more than The FL-XIED'S will handle. JMO

You will probably be ok as long as you still have the stock A/F. Not sure though, might want to keep an eye on your plugs to see how they are burning. Does it run ok?

Runs great at idle and revving but will have let it cool down and take it for a short test ride.
