Might be worth the effort to fight it in that the sign is obscured. But with any kind of spot like that it's always dangerous. I'm with you on the whole thing my brother got beat up in a wreck this last weekend too. Hope he gets well soon.

Best wishes and a speedy recovery. I ride with my brother, who's also my best friend so I can only imagine how tough this must be for both of you.

Perhaps, but a lawyer will tell you that a municipality has an obligation to trim back for sign visibility. Many a case in my town has been ruled in favor of the motorist who could not see a stop sign or no parking sign due to branches, etc blocking his view.

p.s. Tell your brother we said to get better quick!

Best wishes for your brother...anytime a rider goes down ..no matter what the reason...the most important thing in my opinion is that he is still alive and able to ride another day......good luck....bigal v
