I recently purchased a PCV for my 2010 RGC. My bike has the AN big sucker air cleaner and a RUSH 2.5” baffle core and the stock 2-1 head pipe with the catalytic still installed. The problem I have is MAPS! I have tried map (M15-011-025 2010 Harley Davidson Touring Model Stock 2 into 1 headpipe Fuel Moto/Jackpot PowerTube slip onScreamin' Eagle air filter) the bike ran bad with spark knock (ambient temp 105+ good old PHX AZ) then I loaded (M15-011-016 2010 Harley Davidson Touring Model Thunderheader 2into1 exhaust Screamin' Eagle air filter) still not right. The map that seems to run the best with slight mods to the map is (M15-011-001 2010 Harley Davidson Touring model Stock air filter Stock exhaust) anyone in the phoenix area having the same issues with mapping this type of bike with minimal aftermarket mods? Am I doing anything wrong? Anyone have a map that would work better?
I was in your shoes with the Factory 2-1 with CAT and a Jackpot powertube.
It ran so hot the powertube turned yellow and I ended up scrapping the entire system.
I now have a V&H Pro Pipe and run the Thunderheader map you're using with 15's all down the 0% column.
Not seeing your problems but I do know that the entire system runs better if you remember to unhook the O2 sensors...
