Few years ago a man beat another man 80 years old to death in front of a major
downtown grocery store. No one did a thing to stop the beating. The 80 year old man was a retired school teacher. The perp was about 35 years old. But he had a mental condition which caused him to attack the old man. Yeah right.

So you did the right thing.

Thank you for what you did. We know more people like yourself that are willing to help when help is needed. I imagine that this lady and her family is grateful for what you did to help her.

Makes ya wonder about society when stuff like that happends. People stand and just watch.

There have been studies indicating if there are one or two bystanders then they will get involved but if there is a large crowd most mentally "freeze" thinking someone else will step in.

Good job! Whether those studies are a pile of psycho-babble or truth glad you did the right thing!
