Check these wheels. http://www.hdwheels.com/index.htm They don't come cheap, but sealing for tubeless is only $40/wheel.

I'm sure it can be done, but I would think twice about sealing a 120 spoke rim. Ask the experts like Wheel Works. My understanding on the 100 and 120 spoke rims are that they are really more of an ornamental piece and are not that great for actual road use. The spokes loosen up on those regularly from what I have heard. Once a spoke rim is sealed, you can't really tighten the spokes without breaking the seal.
I am no expert, like I said.... check with the pros. Wheel Works or HogPro can give you a better answer I'm sure.
