Hello everyone, I guy in my town has a 1994 Ultra Classic Electra Glide that he wants to sell due to health. Its got 32k miles and is in good shape, and is all stock. My concern is that it has been sitting in his garage for three years. He has started the motor every couple months, but has not taken it out of the garage in three years. What would be a fair offer, and did that year Electra Glide have any issues. What are the Pros and Cons. I may buy it. I currently have a 2001 XL1200C Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
Markets vary so much, check ebay completed ads within 100 miles of your location and you should get an idea of what similar has actually SOLD for.
I would not worry much about the time it has set idle but I would change all fluids ASAP after I bought it. Maybe he would let you take it to a local dealer for a through once over. If there are any in your area you trust or talk to first and think will give you the straight scoop.

KBB says $7,625 in my area of NJ!!!! That would be a good starting price. The bike is 16 yrs old.I think you might have a good deal on your hands. If it's pretty much stock thats great. You might need to change tires, oil & get tune-up,but other than that you might be ok.That bike has a good bottom end with the torrington/timkin bearings.Work some numbers out,do some more research ,you might have a good buy on your hands!!!
