Default Second Cracked Rear Header

I've got 32k miles on my '07 RKC and the stock H-D rear header has cracked for the second time. The first time, it was replaced under warranty but this time it's on my dime. A new rear header is $185 plus labor and a set of V&H True Duals are $415 plus labor. I guess the stock headers are crap so I guess I'll go with the V&H duals.

Is there a noticeable loss in torque with the true duals?

I sure like my thunderheader with ghostpipe. Can't remember what I paid for it.

Where are you guys getting the break, behind the rear head near the exhaust outlet or down on the lower pipe behind the rear head upright pipe?
