I replaced my HD factory battery in my Fatboy with one from Interstate. Haven't had any issues.

 

I just got one. Local store wanted 121.00 plus tax and battery disposal fee. I figured that it would have come to 140.00. I'm willing to take the ebay chance for that much savings!

 

Yuasa makes a 30L (YIX30L-BS) battery. Yuasa may not be a regular name in H.D. but they are one of the largest PowerSports battery manufacturers in the world and OEM most of the brands out there, both manufacturer and aftermarket. Yes, Deka does make the Harley battery but that is no reason to dismiss Yuasa as they are as high quality as you can get.

When buying batteries, you want to be sure you are getting a fresh new battery. Not one that has been sitting on the shelf for years. Just something to think about.
