I just added the quick detachable king tour pac to my SG. Really gives the bike much longer touring legs. I can literally put it on or take it off in under a minute.
This is a tough decision but I think I will be going with the Classic. I know I want to have the trunk and the passing lamps, so for me it will be alot cheaper going with the Classic. I'll add the quick detach for the trunk and a low seat for running around in town. Thanks for posting the part #'s for that, does a passenger back rest hook up to the trunk detach hardware?
Here's a pic of mine a few months back before pipes / stage 1 etc. I got the detachable chopped pack, sundowner seat, and passing lamps all put on before taking delivery. I run with the tour pack on most of the time since wifey won't ride without it, and it is darn handy. The seat is comfy compared to the stocker.
