Tried a search on this and no luck. Had my '10 roadglide for about a month and coming up on the 1000 mile service soon.

Obviously with factory exhaust the '10 is quiet...my girlfriend calls it a 'hybrid'...I've noticed a whining noise at slow speed just prior to coming to a stop. Just wanted to see if this is normal or if I need to address it at service.

Normal, if you are down to first gear. My EG Limited does it too.

 

So does my 11 RGU....except now that I put the propipe on you I can't hear it anymore...

 

Ok great, thanks for the responses...I figured it was just 'cos I'm not used to it being so much quieter than my last bike. I'll definitely be resolving that 'problem' before too long
