AUX jack fail
I just bought a new Hogtunes audio cable for connecting my ipod, and only get sound if I push with some force the plug end in with my finger on the audio cable. The aux input would seem to be recessed somewhat; not making contact with the plug.
A radio diagnostic finds no problems.
Any suggestions?

The AUX jack is a loss without an expensive repair, so I started using my itrip FM transmitter with my ipod. The quality of the sound is not as good as with a hard wire, but not too bad at speed either. It's better than being forced to listen to commercials. I'll save the Hogtunes cable for my next Ultra...
If you have the Hogtunes cable I saw on their website with the 90 degree ends, go to Wal Mart or Radio Shack and get a cable with a straight end. Looks like the 90 degree end is bottoming out on the radio itself. If your aux. jack is not working, let us know and I will have another solution for you.
