Aux Light Adjustment
After removing the lens and finding nothing, I'm assuming that I have to remove the turn signals. Just want to make sure before I start removing the wrong things and going through my colorful vocabulary.
Obtain flare nut socket (Snap-on FRX181 or equivalent). Loosen the auxiliary lamp flange nut only enough to allow movement of the lamp

I made my own special socket with a 9/16" deep 6 point socket (any brand).

The socket needs a slot a bit bigger than the wire for the passing beam , 1/4" would do at least 1 1/4" long.
I made the cut down one flat side so as to keep it's strength.
The wire has to go in the slot , so be careful when you loosen the nut.
Only back the nut off enough to get it adjusted.
Some here have had luck with just turning the directional counter clockwise from the bottom and setting the passing beam , then just turn the directional back to straight.
If this won't work.......you will need the socket ......
I got mine at a garage sale for less than a buck and a set it motorcycle tire irons for 1 dollar each.
Be patient and careful when aiming the beams , it may take a couple tries to get them right.
It's worth the work though.
