I am sure there are loads of pics and things throughout this forum, try searching "quick detach" or "quick detachable"

I have done it, love it and use it all the time. One thing, build in to your budget a second seat, low profile. Standard seat with tourpak doesn't look right.

I got a 2008 SE seat off a Road King, very happy with that
