I put the HD center stand on my bike. I chose it instead of aftermarket ones because it is adjustable for height in case you want to put lowered rear shocks/springs (which I did) and you do not have to mess with a sheet of plywood to change the lift height. Also, I use it to check the air in the rear tire as it easily rotates and use it when changing fluids.

I would not use it when parked anywhere besides in my garage. The side stand is more stable (in my opinion) than any brand of center stand.

That's what I was hinting at, when I asked how the act on windy days.
I wouldn't trust it in less than perfect parking situations.
In the garage? Hell yeah.

In my opinion the oil cooler is more important than the display stand. That's why I went with the EZ-Up center stand. You can put the bike on it from the seat and ride off the stand. It's great for washing and detailing the bike, with a piece of 1/2" plywood under the stand you can turn the rear wheel. Works great in the garage as a space saver and for strapping bags onto the rack or seat so when you're upright and running they aren't off to the right.
I only use it on a smooth and level surface or where the bike is facing uphill. On a windy day? No, I wouldn't trust it. I still use the jiffy stand 90% of the time, it doesn't replace the jiffy, it just supplements it and makes some tasks easier.
If you have a Pit Bull or J&S jack you'll want to place a piece of 1/2" ply on the front support so the bike sits level on the jack.
If you've lowered the bike the EZ-Up won't work since it's not adjustable.
I drag the left floorboard before I get close touching the center stand lever.
I think two of the three after market rear stabilizer systems will not work with the EZ-Up because it bolts into the rear dog bone frame support, (easy install).
