You could try Bob at Texas Steel Horse Saddles, he's in Georgetown. He does a lot of custom stuff. I had him add a gel pad to a saddle once, he does good work.

Check with "Jocko" Mitchell at Ace Powder Coating in Dallas. He may be able to lead you in the right direction. Besides, he's a damn good powdercoater, someone you may need down the road. That's "Jocko" on the thumbnail.
