I believe it is 36mm. There should be a wrench in the tool kit that came with your bike.
Several companies (including H-D) make a wrench so the the nut can be torqued properly without removing the exhaust.

+1 I use the 36 mm "box end" wrench that came in my tool pouch. Both sides take 36mm.

Ya, but do you use SAE or Metric Cresent wrench?
Actually it a left handed electrically adjustable standard Cresent wrench.

The only problem I have with using cresent wrenches is there is a good chance of rounding the corners on the nut, I would get the correct socket, or box end wrench for it, just sayin.

Haven't seen a tool kit. I should ask the guy I bought the bike from if he still has it.

The nut is 1 7/16". Also the torque setting is 105 lbs. Use a socket on the nut and a wrench on the head while you tighten or you'll change the belt tension.

does everybody do the tighten then loosen then tighten again on the rear axle nut to seat the bearing as the owners manual says? I do it but i dont really understand what this does.

Never saw a tool kit with my bike
