Default rear footrest

Are the rear floorboards adjustable on my 06 ultra? I,ve noticed a rubber plug above the top bolt on the boards. My wife is short legged and the bars hit her in the back of the legs.

you can raise or lower it 1 inch but a better alternative is to purchase a set of huryakyn adjustable rear passenger pegs which are infinitely adjustable.

The "Comfort Profile Rear Saddlebag Guards" part #49087-01 could help give her more room as well. See 'em on my sig pic...

Careful Mack. Although the Kuryakyn passenger pegs are a great addition, they are NOT "infinitely adjustable". They only have 4 positions. 1st position is folded all the way backward (stored position). 2nd position is about 10 o'clock (45 degree stored position) if you have a waterbottle/storage bag fastened to the guard rails around you saddle bags which would prevent the peg from folding all the way down rearward. 3rd position is a riding position and is about 1 o'clock and is held in place by a spring loaded pin. 4th is about 2 o'clock position. So even though the pegs have 4 positions you only have 2 (#3 & 4) usuable riding positions. They are a great accessory and I am not knocking them. I have a pair on my bike. Just disappointing that that only 2 out of 4 positions are usable for riding.

Shop around on ebay for the best price.
