OK... after a good bit of research and some test rides, I brought home a new (to me) ride today. It's a '10 FLHR with cruise, security, ABS and chrome laced wheels - basically all of the factory options you could add on this one last year. Color scheme is Scarlet Red & Vivid Black. It has 11k on the odometer.
It replaces my Kawi Vulcan, which was also red & black.
After riding it for most of the day, all I can say is WOW!
I'd like to get a solo seat. What solo seats have other King owners installed?
I went from a Kawa 1600 Vulcan Classic to a ULTRA EG and I can not believe I have been away for too long ! They are a TON of cash and from what I read on the Forum some people are well Heeled here so money does not mean as much , but for me to spend the extra $13K it HURTS !! LOL ! But it is what I have wanted for a LONG time and I am happy to belong to OBAMA's growing poor ??LOL!! But I heard once if something makes you HAPPY ? Do it twice and be twice as Happy !! It is fun ? Right ?
