I'm looking on HD's website at 3 different SE slipons....
I see the Thunder Street Performance, the Street Performance Touring and the Street Performance Slipons.....I believe the Thunder Street say they are tuned to work with Catalyst equipped header pipes?
In any event...other than looks is the distinct difference between these pipes in sound? I'm looking for a low rumble more than louder (well not LOUD) Does one have more of a "crack" when you twist the throttle vs the others? They all seemed to be priced right around the same.
Thanks...probably will go with a SE Ventilator A/C and the SERT as well
I have the street thunders 65115-10 on my 2011 RGU with SE a/c and sepst and I love how it sounds. It has a nice low rumble that from the driver's seat sounds perfect to me. My last bike was a 2004 FLHTC with a 95 build and I had several diff pipes including Supertrapp 2.1 with open end cap and I think my new bike sounds much better from the drivers seat.
I wanted new pipes but was not sure which ones to get. I kept in touch with the service manager at the local dealership. He let me listen to a few different pipes in the garage and that is how I picked mine. Bike Night might be an option too. This also might work for seats and handlebars. Good luck.

My bro has SE Street Performers on his '03 Ultra. Best sounding pipes I've heard...period. Throaty, no obnoxious sounds, reminds me of a 50's hot rod when I hear it.
