Default 103 with 255 cams

I think it is a little low on HP and TQ I had this kit with heavy breather and SERTRT and with Monster ovals and made 87HP and 105 TQ but I think all dynos are a little off. Did Dyno again at different site and numbers were within a half,

They e-mailed me the chart but I don't know how to post it. I will get my wife to do it when she comes in from work. Thanks for the replies. Frankly I was expecting about 90 hp and 100 tq from that set up, but what do I know?

Those #s look about right. Your fuel mileage should be around 40 or so. Mine averages 38-42.

Good numbers. I got 83.5 hp with 94.3 torque with a 96. The main thing is, It will pull like a freight train and makes a much better touring bike especially when the bike is fully loaded going up hill into a head wind.

The peak numbers alone hide things, the 96 with the SE-255 looks to be as good as the 103 with them. Here is the dyno sheet, same engine as a 96 with the SE-255 and as a 103 with the same cams. The peak numbers don't change much, but there is a lot of real estate between the lines...

The red lines are the 96, the blue the 103. The difference on the road is worth the price of the jugs and pistons and retune.

The only downside to the 103 Stage II is that the Monster Ovals aren't so quiet anymore...

The stock 103 with the cat. is a sleeper! I think you will be very happy with the mods you had done, it will put a smile on your face every time you go for a ride. Good luck and ride safe.

Just picked the bike up and rode about 100 miles. Perfect setup for the way I ride. Not ever having ridden a motorcycle with a cam I was apprehensive about it getting away from me or something but it took no getting used to and was very responsive where I needed it to be. I got to 100 mph at 3800 rpms in no time flat and that is way faster than I ever ride normally. Fuel Moto headpipes and exhaust sounds really good. No decel pop and no loud noise from the top end as some have described. Can't figure out how to post the printout of the dyno though.
