Default Tail Light modulator / Flasher

I recently upgrded my tail light and turn signals to the HD LED's. Has anyone on here installed a flasher to use when u apply your brakes.I have seen some that flash 3 times then remain on solid while u have the brake engaged. I would like to know is the tail light the best spot for the modulator or would the tour pack brake lights be better. Your opinions are welcome and pics would be nice.

I have the Custom Dynamics Triple Play. It's a load equalizer, signal stabilizer, and R/B/T module. I'm very happy with it, and I'll be adding the setup for the tour pack as well.

I put my modulator on the tail light on my Road King. However, if I had a tour-pak with brake lights on it, that is where the modulator would go.

Mine is built into my BAL-1 and I really like it. IT defintely gets attention when I hit the breaks. That is how I justified getting it, the brake light modulator is built in and patterns/brightness is changed with the magnet.

Tour Pac. Flashes 7 times and then stays on.
