Anyway, had all the police controls changed off of the handlebars
chopped smoked windscreen

passenger pegs (same as a street glide)

powdercoated stock rims to gloss black
passenger backrest and luggage rack
This winter want to do polished rotors, and some kind of cruise control.
The bike was never in police service but used by a shriner. Bought it w/ 5k miles, a year and a half later Im over 20k miles. Rides like a dream, my first HD Touring bike

Here`s what I`ve done to our `09:
Power commander 5.
SE Heavy Breather.
HD short smoked windshield.
Matching grips,brake pedal,and shifter pegs.
The following items are powder coated gloss black:
Crash bar.
Bars in front of the saddlebags.
Saddlebag latches.
Fender strut covers.
Bars around rear 'mudflap'.
Trim on the front fender;had to paint the housing with the light in it cuz its plastic.
Tin mudflap on front fender.
Passenger floor boards.
Cowbells.
Lower forks.
Panel behind auxiallary lights on front forks.
Clutch lever and front brake lever powder in flat black to match switch housings.
Chrome front wheel spacers.
Chrome axle nut covers.
Inner fairing painted flame blue pearl to match the bike.
Just gotta get the thing together in the next few weeks.
Future plans include a Biketronics stereo,and HD Agitator wheels.

98 FLHT into a 98 FLHX....

Instead of going for the Standard, I found a pre-owned Ultra with very low miles and just a couple years old for less money.
