I just went through this. What I've learned is, if you're gonna do your own tuning....PCV w Autotune is probably best. Go through Fuel Moto.
If you're going through a tuner, go with whatever one they recommend.
Moms & Pops took a chance on a"Lifetime" warranty on chest freezer from Sear's in 1942! Sear's came & changed the lid seal 5 years ago... NO charge! Freezer still running! Sometimes it does pay off!
Thats Great as far as a warranty is concerned, but a freezer that old probably isn't great on the parents electric bill?

Yes, this topic has been beaten to a pulp, but IMO your best bargain in a tuner is a PCV from Fuel Moto. Auto-Tune is a nice upgrade but not really necessary considering you will get a good map installed with the unit from them. Additionally, they'll give you lifetime support and an extra year on the warranty (2 years total). BTW, "lifetime" means whoever dies first, Fuel Moto or you--and Fuel Moto will probably be around for a good while.
I you are or plan on being an advanced user the newly introduced DynoJet Power Vision may be the most feature-rich unit that will be available in about a month. It has a display unit standard and there's a recent thread on it in this forum.

I love the term "lifetime"............ Has anyone ever owned a product for a "lifetime"? Riddle me this; if you buy something that has a "lifetime" warranty, and it fails in 10 years, and the company is no longer in business; what do you do? Or does "lifetime" mean the life of the company that sells it?

In computer speak, it means until the company decide to no longer support that model. It is not your lifetime, or the life of the product. "Lifetime" could mean 3 years or
