I did a search but could not find a lot of info concerning Bassani slip ons for Electra Glides. Does anyone have them on their bike or have any knowledge of how they sound.
My dealer wants me to replace my Rush 1.75s with Bassani also do a stage 1 download with bigger breather.
Thanks for your response, that is exactly the info I was looking for.....
Sorry I cant give a better response but I can also tell you that the ones he has are large diameter and have a baloney cut on the end of them. The quality Bassani puts out is second to none on chrome and fit but they are a little on the pricey side.
I have the 4" on my 01 RK, took out the baffles and you can certainly hear my bike. They had a nice rumble before taking out the baffles but I love the sound and regularly get compliments. Even had compliments from a couple LEO's!!!

Thanks 93+octane, the 4" are the ones they are suggesting. Are the baffles easy to remove? Also did you do any remaps?

I purposely stated my bike is an 01 but failed to mention it is not EFI, hence I did not have to worry about remap. I suspect you would need to remap with a newer bike. As far as were they hard to get out, one side came out easily but the other side I ended up having to snake a chain around the bar that keeps it screwed into place, slid a screwdriver through the ends of chain and tapped out with a hammer.
