I felt viberation in my floor boards after i installed true dual headers on both my 09 ultra and my 06 ultra. I don't know if you have changed headers but this may be what is going on.
There was a floorboard vibration problem on some early 09s caused by the exhaust mount bolt that "crosses under the frame" not being tight enough from the factory. I think the fix was simply tightening the bolt to a higher torque.

Since you did the auto tensioner adjustment, you're probably right about it being one of those two bearings. Which really sucks with your shoddy dealership, since they only did half of the IPB job! You won't know until teardown.
FWIW - my boards started buzzing around 20k, dealer said it was normal.
Ended up being my Main Drive Gear bearing.
What year is your bike?

Scorpion,
It's 2009. I asked them to feel the trans output bearing (double row ball) when they had the clutch out. They said it was OK. The vibe frequency and "beat" frequency changes w/ the engine speed, not wheel speed, so I'm thinking it's not that big trans bearing. Perhaps those shell roller bearings on the input shaft? Anything that turns w/ engine speed is what I think.
beary,
thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for your input.:-) Was thinking the same thing back when it 1st started. Went over all the fasteners/engine mounts. I thought I might have dropped a wrench that got stuck between the engine/trans housing and the frame, as that's how it feels (w/o the noise).
