Contemplating Chrome....
I have a 2010 SG and I would like a nice, expensive set of chrome wheels, but the problem is the expensive part. I once saw a set of stock wheels where someone either polished or chromed (not sure, was a picture) only the stainless portions of the wheels and left the black alone. I really liked that look and thought it would be a good balance between good looking and budget friendly. Does anyone know how much I should expect to spend on doing something like this?
Also, if anyone has any suggestions on "budget" rim enhancements, please show off some pics and/or give details.

one of my friends has the spokes in black with chrome nipples and red stripe around rim -- his bike is black/white/red looks sharp
