You guy may remember a while back I made a post saying that i want a road glide and might sell my bike. Well i sold my e-glide standard a few days ago. Didnt quite find the right fltr in my price range but IMO i found something better
Its out of state and we are working it out with shipping and all.. should have it by the end of the year i hope..
What the heck???? A "V-Rod Road Glide"??? Pretty neat looking machine. YOu have the power, water cooling and it is still a touring bike!!! Nice move.
Wouldnt go so far as to say it's a touring bike. Its basically a V-Rod with bags. It doesnt have the suspension travel, room, range, or weight capacity of a tourer.
That being said - i have a buddy who has one of those, and for 1-up travel, he says its pretty damn good with the right seat. Gas mileage sux *** though ... Go easy on the throttle or carry a couple gas cans.

Nice looking RoadRod. Looks like an older one with a 3.5 gallon tank. You might want to look into a Ricks Tank upgrade to the 5 gallon tank or you'll get the 100 mile blues around town. You might want to look into heal rests or floor boards as well.
